A coffee shop with a unique brewing method, known as "drip," that involves using a traditional phin filter, which brings out the rich flavors of our carefully selected beans. and first opened its doors in Bagpi, Taytay back in 2017.
At Drip Kofi, the mission is to deliver an exceptional coffee experience to the customers, one phin and one bean at a time. Drip Kofi understand that the target audience, primarily students, often find themselves in need of a caffeine fix to power through their demanding schedules. Drip Kofi provides a high-quality Vietnamese coffee that stands out from the local bean offerings available in other cafes.

How to Use a Phin Filter for the Perfect Brew
Brew your coffee in three easy steps

Place the phin filter over your cup or mug. Add 2-3 tablespoons of ground coffee into the filter, leveling the grounds by gently shaking the filter.

Slowly pour a small amount of hot water (about 1-2 tablespoons) over the coffee grounds to let them bloom for 30 seconds. Then, fill the filter with hot water, up to the top.

Cover the phin filter and let the coffee drip slowly into your cup. This process takes about 4-5 minutes. Once done, remove the filter, stir your coffee, and enjoy your fresh brew!
